Need Medical Supplies? If you live in an area that has been officially declared a disaster and you need to replace important medical equipment or supplies, you can get replacements from any available supplier. If you have trouble finding one, call Member Services, and we’ll help you.

Behavioral Health: If you are a Member or you are caring for a Member who is experiencing a life-threatening mental health emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room for help.
Community also provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support through our Behavioral Health Crisis Line. These numbers are also on the back of your ID card.
