Get the training you need to build a healthy, happy life

You are eligible for the CareerReady Scholarship if:

  • You are an 18-30 year old pregnant woman on Community Health Choice’s Medicaid plan
  • You delivered this year, or your expected delivery date is next year
  • You live in the jurisdiction of Houston Community College, San Jacinto College, or Lone Star College
  • You have a high school diploma or GED

Please fill out the form below or download the CareerReady Application for Scholarship and email it to LifeServices@CommunityHealthChoice.org.

Once you submit an application, you will hear by email from the Life Services Team within three business days on next steps. To learn more about CareerReady, click on the Contact form and leave us a message.
