To be considered complete, each CareerReady Scholarship application requires a high school transcript and recommendation letter from a teacher or counselor at your high school. Contact your High School Counselor to send your transcript to the Life Services Team.
In your CareerReadv Scholarship application include the full name, title, and email address of the teacher or counselor who wrote your recommendation letter. Make sure to remind them to submit the recommendation letter before you submit your CareerReady Scholarship application.
Download the Recommendation Letter Form and send it to your teacher or counselor to complete.
