Please be careful if you receive a call from a “pharmacy” that claims to be in our network. They may offer you free vitamins, creams, probiotics, and over-the-counter medicines. All you have to do is give them a little personal information.

Don’t fall for it.

  • If you don’t recognize the number, don’t answer the call.
  • If they can’t prove they are who they say they are, hang up.
  • If you want to check out their offer, call us.
  • If you want to try to avoid these calls, you can enroll here for free for the Federal Do Not Call List and the Texas Do Not Call List.

The chance to get free vitamins is never worth the risk. (As they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.) Giving out things like your Member ID, Social Security or credit card number, or even your date of birth is enough to turn your life upside down.

Community Health Choice offers lots of great benefits and services, and none of our network providers will make calls like this to you.
