Community Based Organizations – Spring Branch Family Development Center

Community believes that health care includes more than just medical coverage. That’s why we partner with and share with our Members community based organizations (CBOs) that offer services our Members need. We work closely with many local organizations offering social services. This is one.

The Spring Branch Family Development Center provides on-site services in the areas of education, recreation, health and social services. We serve the Spring Branch area of Houston, Texas. We particularly serve the residents across the street from us — 6000+ people in 1500 apartments along a 3/4 mile strip of Pitner Road.
