Beware of calls from a fake pharmacy claiming that they represent Community and wants to offer you free vitamins and medicine if you take a health survey.
These callers may sound legitimate because they know your name or that you are a Community Health Choice Member.
These calls are scams. Hang up!
They may call from many different numbers. Hang up every time. If they leave a voicemail, do not return the call.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to stop scam calls. Scammers often find new numbers to call from. Do not answer any phone calls from numbers you do not know.
