Member Services

We are here to help! Call Member Services at 1.888.760.2600. The numbers are also on the front of your Community Member ID card. We are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. We speak English, Spanish or can get you an interpreter who speaks your language

  • Send you a new Member ID card, if yours is lost or stolen
  • Solve complaints and problems
  • Help you get a ride to your appointment
  • Schedule wellness checkup and other healthcare appointments
  • Schedule quick appointments, if you are a member of migrant family
  • Change your address, phone number or any personal information
  • Help with recertification
