Tip #5: Get your free cervical cancer screening

Tip #5: Get your free cervical cancer screening

Nearly 13,000 women in the United States are diagnosed with cervical cancer each year, but the disease is preventable with vaccination and appropriate screening. The Affordable Care Act mandates that most health plans must cover a set of preventive services at no cost to you. These include the Pap and HPV tests that can provide early detection for cervical cancer.

  • Vaccination: You can have up to a 90-day supply of each of your medications delivered right to your home or office.
  • Savings: Your health plan features lower copayments for prescription medications that are obtained through mail-order.
  • Easy refills: If your prescription is current, you may order refills online, by mail, or by phone at any time of day or night.

How to use the mail-order benefit

Benefits are provided through Novixus Mail Order Pharmacy. To enroll online, go to Novixus.com and choose “Mail Order Pharmacy” or call Novixus Toll-free at 1.888.240.2211.
