In short, our Premier Plans are priced higher than our Select plans in order to provide our Members access to the broadest network of high-quality hospitals and doctors across Southeast Texas that are committed to providing a high standard of care.

Community offers Select Plans that have a smaller network of high-quality providers that allows us to pass the cost savings to you in the form of lower premiums and out-of-pocket costs. These Select Plans provide a way to save you money without sacrificing the quality of care our participating Providers give. The Select Plans are only available to Harris County residents.
