Customer Service Advocate


Job Details

  • Take incoming calls from existing MarketplaceMembers
    • Provide eligibility and benefit information
    • Answer questions about the new plan year’s benefits
  • Make outbound calls to existing Marketplace Members
    • Introduce new plan benefits


  • Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish
  • Managed care/health insurance call center experience preferred but not require
  • Medical terminology background
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to handle high call volume
  • Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Three-week training with 100% mandatory attendance required throughout the training period
  • High school diploma or GED required

Pay Rate

  • $16.00/hour (non-bilingual)
  • $16.50/hour (bilingual)


Flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the following business hours during the Open Enrollment period (Mid-November through Mid-December):

  • 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturdays
