Get the training you need to build a healthy, happy life.

Each CareerReady Scholarship application requires a high school transcript and recommendation letter from a Teacher or Counselor at your high school to be considered complete. Contact your High School Counselor to send the transcript to the Life Services Team.

In your CareerReady Scholarship application, include the full name, title, and email address of the Teacher or Counselor you asked to submit a recommendation letter for you. Make sure you remind them to submit the recommendation letter before you submit your CareerReady Scholarship application.

Download the Recommendation Letter Form and send it to your Teacher or Counselor to complete.
