With Community Virtual Now Bronze 11, eligible Texans and their families now have access to a breadth of virtual care services. Through our partner Doctor On Demand, patients will have a dedicated primary care provider and access to preventive care, urgent care and behavioral health all through convenient video visits. They will also receive 24/7 support through a dedicated Care Team, as well as referrals to in-network providers, specialists, facilities, and Community Health Choice programs.
