MONEY BACK FOR ASTROS GAME CANCELLED SEPT. 13TH

If you paid CHC for tickets to go to the Astros game on Saturday September 13th, you can get your money back. Come to CHC on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. You must bring all tickets, even the free ticket(s) from CHC in order to get your money back. CHC member meetings are a great way to learn about your health plan and our special programs. You can tell us about your experiences with doctors and hospitals and now we can better help you.
